Plan for the conditions

Expected seasonal weather

From late October through April, Galveston usually has mild to warm afternoons, high humidity and a steady breeze off the Gulf. Winter cold fronts can bring a few chilly, windy, gray days, and spring can bring sea fog in the morning and fast-moving thunderstorms with heavy rain. October and November are still part of hurricane season. From May to September, expect hot, very humid days. These are seasonal expectations, not a forecast for your travel date; check the NWS forecast the evening before and the morning of your trip.

Admission and parking are separate. Check current conditions before departure.

A good day, in the bag.
